Coakley Business Solutions LLC was founded by Dr. Nathaniel Coakley in 2020 after witnessing firsthand the impact of poor leadership and ineffective communication throughout his 21-year military career and later within the Department of Defense.

During his years of service, Dr. Coakley observed how a lack of leadership development often led to low morale, miscommunication, and organizational stagnation. Determined to be part of the solution, he launched Coakley Business Solutions to equip leaders with the tools, training, and mindset needed to lead with clarity, confidence, and character.

Rooted in John Maxwell’s leadership principles and supported by Dr. Coakley’s doctoral research on toxic leadership and employee silence, the company was built to transform how organizations grow their people—creating cultures of trust, communication, and accountability.
